In most cases our customers will receive their headboards before the noted delivery time but we must insist that you must allow for this time before contacting us about the delivery.

It is for this reason that we ask our customers to:

Ensure that all details are given when purchasing a headboard. Your email and contact details will not be handed to any third party and are kept strictly confidential between us (the seller) and you (the buyer). We will not send any newsletters or advertising notifications to the inbox of the provided email address unless requested by said customer. 

Please allow for the noted delivery times before contacting us about the delivery. Once the headboard is manufactured and shipped we have no control over the delivery of the product but we do work with the best which goes for our registered shipping partners. All shipments will be made for the noted time and in case they are not, then we ask our customers to contact our support team on 0116 321 4124 or email support@nationalheadboards.co.uk.

When calling about your order, we require the order number, billing name, shipping name or shipment number to be able to access your details. Without this information we will not be able to help as quickly as we'd like. All of this information is provided in several emails when purchasing from National Headboards. Make sure your email address is spelt correctly as to prevent any information being un-received.

In most cases we like to make sure the customer is fully aware of what they are buying so please read all of the details before paying for the product.
