How long does my headboard take to make?

Your order will take a maximum of 10 days for us to be able to build and deliver your headboard.

Do you sell brackets?

Yes, we do sell wall mounted brackets - we charge £9.99 for brackets for Single, Double and King Size and we charge £14.99 for brackets for Super King Size Headboards.

Can I choose any fabric?

Yes, even though you cannot see this in the product images, we can build any of these headboards with any of our fabrics, there is no restriction.

Can I use my own fabric?

You can use your own fabric if you wish, we recommend contacting us on 0116 321 4124 to do this though.

Can I change the dimensions of the headboard that I like?

Yes you can, though costs will be tailored depending on how much extra material is needed to build it. Again we recommend calling us on 0116 321 4124 to order this.

Where are you based? Are the headboards made in the UK?

Our offices are based in Leicester which is where our customer services and support team are based. Our manufacturing plant is based in the UK also.

How much is postage?

Postage is absolutely FREE - we do not charge for this service in the UK but if your looking to deliver this abroad then there will be a charge.

Is there a warranty on the product?

We like to assure our customers that every headboard is built with ALOT of attention so its rare that any mistakes are made. If for some unknown reason you do receive a faulty headboard then you are covered by a two year warranty.

How do I clean my headboard?

Its very easy to clean your headboard, please read the instructions which come with your product OR click on the guides/instructions link at the top of this webpage.

Does the headboard have struts?

Yes, the headboard comes with adjustable wooden struts for you to fix your headboard to your bed right away.

I don't have the bolts for my headboard, where are they?

Bolts for your headboard will be supplied with your bed, if you have not have these bolts then you will have to purchase them elsewhere.
